| Customer Charter - Opening Hours
All of our offices are open Monday to Friday from 9.15 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. (5.15 p.m. on Friday), with a limited service during lunch time and outside these periods.
If you are visiting our offices, we will be happy to make an appointment for you.We will advise you of the exact location, the security arrangements applicable and we will ensure that you are expected and met at the set time. If you have any special needs, please let us know.
If you are driving to meet us we will try to organise parking for you at your prior request.
Our reception staff will be available to help you.We will be polite, courteous and fair in our dealings with you.
We will keep our offices clean and safe.
Our offices are accessible to people with disabilities.Should you have any concerns or special needs, please let us know how we may help.
